I’ve seen the effects of divorce on a family. It is a difficult process for all involved, but I strive to help my clients navigate this time calmly and with self-respect. It is also my goal to help my clients get to a better place in their lives beyond divorce.
I received my Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law. I graduated with cum laude honors, and was a member of the Order of the Crown. I also received the CALI award for the highest grade in my Family Law course. She was a Legal Discourse Zone Instructor and helped other students hone their writing skills. Ali also volunteered at Faith, Hope, Love – a student mentoring program in Charlotte.
I began working with the attorneys at Passenant & Shearin Law in assisting the attorneys in all aspects of their cases from client consultations to trial preparation. After passing the North Carolina Bar Exam, I joined the team as an Associate Attorney. I represent clients in all areas of family law. I also have represent victims of domestic violence as a pro bono attorney with Safe Alliance.
I am originally from Kingsport, Tennessee, and moved to Charlotte in 2011 with my husband.
