The divorce process is both a financial transaction as well as an emotional transition that impacts everyone involved. I enjoy helping our clients create custody solutions that work for them and their families. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, I am uniquely qualified to help my clients understand their current financial situation and help them determine what their financial needs will be as a result of their separation and divorce. I believe both parties have the best financial outcomes when they work together to separate their assets and make financial decisions about their future. When working together to reach an amicable solution is not possible, I am experienced in the courtroom and will fight for what is fair and equitable.

Ms. Shearin is married and has 2 elementary-aged boys.
